Samsung Galaxy M36 5G release - 5000mAh battery, Exynos 1380 SoC and 50MP main camera from ~RM1138

Samsung has released a new mid-range smartphone in India, the Samsung Galaxy M36 5G. Featuring some compelling specs for its price, read on to learn more.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the in-house Exynos 1380 SoC paired with 6/8GB RAM and 128/256GB storage. Battery-wise, it’s a 5000mAh cell, which supports 25W charging via the USB-C port. 

Meanwhile, the display is a 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED with an FHD+ resolution, Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection and a centre punch-hole cutout housing the 13MP selfie shooter. At the rear, the main camera is a 50MP shooter paired with an 8MP ultra-wide and a 2MP macro. 

 

The device goes on sale on 12 July in India, prices start at ~RM1138

In India, the Galaxy M36 5G is offered in either Orange Haze, Velvet Black or Serene Green. Prices start at INR22999 or ~RM1138 and will be available for purchase in the country on 12 July.
