Joining the Samsung Galaxy M series soon will be the Samsung Galaxy M40 on June 11. As far as rumours go, this device may be highest spec in the series for now. Earlier today, renders of the device have leaked, showing off the Infinity-O display, a triple rear camera setup, a rear mounted fingerprint scanner and a pretty thin chin as well as slim bezels.

Unlike the Samsung Galaxy S10 series, the punch hole for the device on the leaked renders is placed on the top left of the device instead of the right. On the back is a triple rear camera setup which may feature a 32MP main camera. Also on the back is a rear mounted fingerprint reader which is a little disappointing as a capacitive fingerprint reader like the Samsung Galaxy A50 would have been pleasant. The selfie camera has been rumoured to feature a 16MP sensor. Other than that, the Samsung Galaxy M40 may have tech specs that include the Snapdragon 675 and a 5000mAh battery capacity.

The smartphone is expected to be launched in India first with a price tag of around Rs.20000 (~RM1197). So far, no Malaysia release date or Malaysia price has been heard of but do take the info in this article with a grain of salt until the official announcement happens.
