Samsung is expected to launch the more affordable Galaxy S21 FE in the coming months to keep the Galaxy S21 series' hype going. Before that happens, the latest leak has revealed that the upcoming device will feature a battery that is larger than the regular S21's.

Spotted by GalaxyClub, the Galaxy S21 FE codenamed R9 will feature a 4,500mAh battery. It is larger than the regular Galaxy S21's 4,000mAh but still can't beat the Galaxy S21 Plus' 4,8000mAh and Galaxy S21 Ultra's 5,000mAh. It is no surprise that the device will have a larger battery than the vanilla S21 as the previous Galaxy S20 FE also came with a larger battery compared with the Galaxy S20.

Earlier rumours have suggested that the Galaxy S21 FE will feature a 6.4-inch display with a centered punch-hole. It is also expected to sport the same 32MP selfie camera as found on the Galaxy A52/A72 and will be available in five colors - grey/silver, green, pink, purple, white.
