Based on a statement by Ice Universe on Twitter, it seems that next year’s Samsung Galaxy S21 smartphone will most likely come equipped with an under-display front-facing selfie camera. However, there could be a chance the aforementioned selfie camera might not perform as well compared to selfie cameras housed in a dewdrop or hole-punch notch.
With all that said, do take every bit of information with a grain of salt, due to the fact that Samsung has yet to provide an official statement in regards to the leaked info. Not only that, but there’s also not much info about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S21 smartphone such as the Malaysia release date, full tech specs, and local pricing for now.
Samsung is considering using the under-screen camera technology on the Galaxy S21 first, and is evaluating the feasibility of the technology.
