Samsung put a lot of emphasis on its mobile photography capabilities during the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S23 series and the lineup definitely didn’t disappoint. One of the best camera setups in the market today, especially on the Galaxy S23 Ultra, the series’ photography capabilities just got even better thanks to a new firmware update.

Available for download for users in Malaysia and around Southeast Asia, the firmware brings a 2x portrait mode option in the Samsung camera app on the phone. In the change log shared by SAMMobile, the update also fixes autofocus and HDR performance issues on the devices.
