We expect the Samsung Galaxy S23 series to debut latest by early February. However, there might be a small delay for one reason. According to a reputable tipster, Samsung is having a hard time deciding a price point for the series.
TheGalox_ from Twitter claims that the Galaxy S23 series could arrive mid to late February as the company is still making decision on the prices for the devices. If you wonder why it's hard to label the price tags for the upcoming series, the source has given two possible causes.

Deciding on a price for the devices is delaying this release. If it was up to me, $799, $899 & $1199 would be the prices. pic.twitter.com/bYzNW9HAd9
It's said that one of them could be the overclocked Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip. We saw reports saying that the devices will feature a custom Snapdragon chip, and it's produced within Samsung Foundry. Therefore, the custom manufacturing of the chip has definitely affected the manufacturing cost. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S23 Ultra is suggested to utilize a different 200MP camera sensor than those found on the Xiaomi 12T and Motorola Edge 30 Ultra, which might have also incurred additional production costs.
