The pre-order for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Series is now live in Malaysia and it's not only from Samsung Malaysia, but also CelcomDigi, Maxis, U Mobile and Yes as well. If you're wondering which package plan to take, continue below to read all the perk offerings from each telco.

CelcomDigi - Same bundles

Since Celcom and Digi have merged their operations, that means they are also offering the same pre-order bundles for the Galaxy S24 Series. It's quite similar to Samsung Malaysia whereby customers can get free double storage on the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+ and the Galaxy S24 Ultra for up to a 36-month contract from as low as RM46, RM63, and RM92 per month, respectively.

During the pre-order period (until 6 Feb), customers can get a free Premium Accessories Kit but only for the ultra variant, while stocks last. Below is the full list of CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plans on a 24 or 36-month contract:

Maxis - from RM115/month on Zerolution

Likewise, Maxis is also offering the same usual plans such as Zerolution with its Postpaid plans or just a normal contract. We didn't see any Free Buds 2 Pro, but there's a free 24-month device protection which includes two years of coverage for accidental and liquid damage, as well as a 1-year extended warranty.

There are many different types of plan offers too, including Maxis Postpaid Share 48 on the 5G principal plans. You may refer to them below:

U Mobile - save RM300 with U SaveMore

Besides the free double storage promotion, U Mobile is now having a limited-time offer for the Galaxy S24 Series lineup with U SaveMore. You can actually get either one of the phones at a discounted price of RM3099 but the catch is you will have to be under contract for 24 months. Alternatively, there's also U PayLater starting from RM139/month.

Yes - from RM17/month with Yes Infinite+

Last but not least, Yes is offering the lowest monthly fee of RM17 per month, including the free double storage upgrade. However, the website doesn't say how long the contract is though. No other freebies are seen on their website too but if this is what you're looking for, you can just go there to check it out.

Conclusion - Which one to choose?

If we are being honest, none of the pre-order packages from each telco is attractive enough except for Yes which offers the lowest monthly fee. But then again, Yes' network coverage is not as wide as CelcomDigi and Maxis. All the bundles are exactly the same with no Free Buds 2 Pro, although there are some perks such as a Premium Accessories Kit (CelcomDigi), a device protection plan (Maxis) and U SaveMore (U Mobile). It really depends on your needs to see which one fits you and which telco coverage is good for your location.

In addition to the telco pre-order offers, Samsung Malaysia also has a trade-in program for the Galaxy S24 Series. As long as you trade in an old phone in good working condition, you can get a rebate of up to RM650. Those who pre-order from Samsung Malaysia will also get a PWP promo deal for select Galaxy Watch or Galaxy Tab devices, as well as up to a 45% discount on Samsung Care+ and accessories. With these benefits, maybe you should just pre-order directly from Samsung Malaysia instead. Just saying.
