Samsung does it again with the release of the more powerful LTE-A powered Samsung Galaxy S5 LTE-A. Having done the exact same thing with the previous Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE+, the newly announced Galaxy S5 LTE-A is the more powerful version of the flagship smartphone with tech specs that include a 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM, 5.1-inch Super AMOLED display with 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution, 16MP ISOCELL camera, fingerprint sensor, hearbeat monitor, LTE-A support and 2800 mAh battery. The smartphone is still IP 67 certified for dust and water resistance but doesn't hit the top speed of 300Mbps for LTE-A. Instead, it goes for just 225 Mbps which is still blazingly fast compared to the rest of us.

By now, those who remembered the Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE+ will be heaving sighs of relief and waiting in line for the Galaxy S5 LTE-A. Those who didn't will probably rage about it a bit. Unfortunately, the Galaxy S5 LTE-A is likely meant for just South Korea so there probably won't be any Malaysia release dates. The smartphone also does not have any metal backside, which could mean that this isn't the Samsung Galaxy F smartphone you've been waiting for.
