Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) is now TENAA certified, reveals key specs

It has been a long while since we have heard of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017 edition), but it has finally resurfaced and this time, on the TENAA listing with an official certification, according to GSMArena.

A TENAA certification only means that the Tab A 8.0 (2017) may be officially launched very soon but let us take a deeper look at the listing. The TENAA pages also shows some key specs of the upcoming tab, in which includes:

  • A quad-core 1.4GHz processor SoC
  • 3GB RAM
  • 32GB/64GB internal memory
  • 8-inch 1280 x 800 display
  • 8MP main camera with 5MP front camera
  • 5000mAh battery
  • Android 7.1.1

We have yet to see a clear description of the processor but from what we can see from the Tab A 8.0 (2017) so far, it will definitely be somewhat of an entry level tablet. Only way we can find out for sure is to wait for any official news.
