Samsung is reportedly releasing the Galaxy Tab S9 series later this year which may comprise the Tab S9, S9+ and S9 Ultra. Well, we may have gotten more information for one of the variants, the Tab S9+ as it was spotted on benchmarking site Geekbench.

In the listing, the tablet has the model number SM-X818U and features an octa-core processor. Well, the processor’s codename “Kamala” reveals its identity: Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

However, a closer look at the benchmark listing shows that the peak clock speed is more than the stock Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. Hence, it means that the processor has been overclocked and the same custom Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy found in the Galaxy S23 series.

Besides that, the Geekbench listing also showed that the device has 12GB of RAM and runs on Android 13 OS.

The benchmark result itself is quite impressive, scoring 2049 on single-core and 5492 on multi-core. This will definitely be a beast tablet when it launches!
