Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 release: Snapdragon 865 Plus and 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED display from ~RM8280

Samsung has officially unveiled the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, which will be available for purchase starting from 18 September 2020 onwards at the price of 1999USD (~RM8280). However, there’s no official information in regards to the official Malaysia release date, as well as local pricing, so you might need to stay tuned for that.

In terms of the tech specs, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 comes equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus, 12GB of RAM, 512GB ROM, 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X 120Hz Display, 6.2-inch HD+ Super AMOLED Display, as well as a 4500mAh dual internal battery. Camera-wise, the rear comes with a 12MP + 12MP + 12MP rear camera while the front comes with a 10MP selfie camera, as well as a 10MP cover camera.

As for the features, the device comes equipped with the Multi-Active Window which allows the user to easily multitask through multiple apps with ease. Not only that, but there are also other notable features such as wired and wireless fast charging.

Other than that, there's also the Thom Browne edition of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 where you can get the smartphone, Buds Live, as well as the Galaxy Watch 3 bundled together. As for the price, the Thom Browne edition is priced at USD3299 (~RM13666) and there's only 5000 units available worldwide.
