Samsung Malaysia Electronics offering Flood Relief for Penangnites


Today, Samsung Malaysia Electronics has initiated a Flood Relief Campaign for the Penangnites by supporting affected customers in the form of free repair services for Samsung appliances and devices damaged in the torrent. All Service Centres located in Penang and Kedah are currently participating the good cause from now until 31 December 2017.

To book a service appointment, affected customers are required to call Samsung care-line at 1800-22-8899 (for mobile devices) or 1800-88-9999 (for other products). Depending on the product type, Samsung authorised technicians will subsequently make house visits to carry out an inspection of the affected products, or the other way around by which customers are required to send in their affected Samsung products to the authorised Samsung Service Centres located in Penang or Kedah.
