Samsung Malaysia adds Smart Care package to its Smart Service programme

As of today, Samsung Malaysia Electronics has upgraded its Smart Service programme by expanding its service network online and in-shop across the country, providing better convenience for their customers in fixing devices and home appliances in the areas of service centres, 24/7 careline, Live Chat, mySamsung application and Smart Care Packages.

Samsung Experience Store also serves as a one-stop-solution hub where customers can simply drop off their devices for repair

The Samsung Smart Care package is a new addition to the Samsung Smart Service programme that offers customers a Samsung Protection Plus which consists of a Samsung Smart Warranty and Samsung Screen Protection. With this plan, it adds an extension of 1-year warranty from a standard warranty period covering one incident of a crack screen from accidental damage within the standard warranty.

Customers can visit the Samsung Service Centre to connect with skilled technicians to ensure speedy and efficient solutions

Also not forgetting the online customer service that was introduced in 2016 via mySamsung app, users can now easily set up, manage and optimise their Samsung products. mySamsung app is now a standardize 24/7 online customer service and one-stop portal, as well as offering nice rewards and treats for all Samsung users.
