Besides smartphones, Samsung is no stranger when it comes to selling home appliances and TVs. So this time around, Samsung Malaysia have released three new smart TVs which are the trademark The Frame, The Serif, and a brand new Sero that can rotate its screen vertically. Yes, I said vertically.

Out of the three smart TVs, The Sero is obviously the most interesting one and if you know your Korean language, Sero means vertical in Korean so hence the name. As mentioned, this TV can switch between landscape and portrait mode, as well as able to connect to a smartphone via wirelessly (WiFi 5) and Bluetooth (v4.2). In other words, you can actually play your mobile games or stream videos on the big screen effortlessly. Measuring 43-inches, it features a QLED 4K display, multi-channel speaker (4.1Ch 60W) and cost RM6999 in Navy Blue.

The Serif

As for The Frame, it returns with the same QLED 4K display in two size variants - 65-inches and 55-inches. Like The Sero, you can sync it up with your smartphone and insert your photos or digital art into The Frame and display it like a physical art painting. Then for The Serif, it's a stylistic smart TV featuring a 55-inch QLED 4K display that looks like a painting on a canvas stand. The Frame and The Serif cost RM6599 (55")/RM10,999 (65") and RM6499 respectively.

On the other hand, Samsung Malaysia is also selling customizable frames for The Frame with four colour models (black, brown, beige and white) for RM499 each. There's also the Studio Stand for The Serif for RM899 and mobility wheels for The Sero at RM299. For more information, you can visit their official website here
