Samsung Malaysia Electronics has officially launched its new Partner Experience Store (PES) at KL Eco City in collaboration with Modernize Vida. Unlike a traditional retail outlet, the new facility is designed exclusively for partners and distributors, serving as an immersive showcase of Samsung’s integrated AI-powered business ecosystem solutions.

A Smart Ecosystem Showcase Built Around Real World Environments

Developed together with Modernize Vida, the Partner Experience Store is structured around seven immersive zones that simulate real-life business and community settings. Each zone demonstrates how Samsung’s devices, AI systems, SmartThings platform, and enterprise technologies can work together as a connected ecosystem rather than standalone products.

The walkthrough environments cover seven major verticals, including retail, finance, hospitality, residential, education, office, and government sectors. Through these setups, partners can explore how Samsung’s technology integrates into day-to-day operations and customer experiences.

SmartThings Takes Centre Stage

One of the biggest focuses of the new experience centre is Samsung’s SmartThings ecosystem, which allows businesses to monitor, control, and automate connected devices through a unified interface. Samsung says the platform is designed to improve operational efficiency while simplifying how businesses manage connected systems across multiple environments.

The showcase also highlights Samsung’s broader Devices, Solutions and Services (DSS) strategy, which combines hardware, software, and support services into scalable business-to-business solutions. According to Samsung, this integrated approach is becoming increasingly important as businesses look for AI-driven systems that are not only connected but also intuitive and adaptable to evolving industry needs.

During the launch event, Charles Kim said the Partner Experience Store reflects Samsung’s vision for smarter and more connected business environments powered by AI innovation. He explained that businesses today are increasingly seeking solutions that combine connectivity, scalability, and user experience into a single ecosystem.

Samsung also noted that its collaboration with Modernize Vida aims to help partners better understand how connected technologies can reshape customer engagement, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth opportunities.

Commercial Smart Laundry Solutions Become a Key Attraction

One of the more unique highlights at the experience centre is Samsung’s Professional Laundry solution, designed for commercial and industrial use cases. The system focuses on high-capacity performance while maintaining a more lifestyle-oriented design approach. Samsung says the solution supports washer capacities of up to 18kg and dryer capacities of up to 14kg, while also featuring stackable configurations for easier installation and better space optimisation.

The company also showcased how these laundry systems could support emerging lifestyle business concepts such as café-laundry hybrids or entertainment-integrated spaces where customers can combine laundry activities with workouts, movies, or dining experiences. This reflects a growing trend where businesses are attempting to maximise floor space while creating more engaging multi-purpose customer environments.

Samsung says the KL Eco City facility is meant to simplify how partners and distributors understand complex technology ecosystems by translating them into practical, real-world applications. Instead of viewing individual products in isolation, visitors can experience how Samsung’s AI, SmartThings, and connected device ecosystems function together across property developments, enterprise deployments, commercial spaces, and public sector environments.

The company believes this hands-on approach can help partners make more informed decisions about technology adoption and implementation strategies. More information about Samsung’s business solutions ecosystem can be found via Samsung Malaysia Business Solutions.
