During the last Samsung Unpacked, it was confirmed Malaysia wouldn't be getting the Galaxy Ring. This is likely due to expected low market demand, as it's a very niche product. Having said that, the company could be looking to expand by adding more sizes.
According to Max Jambor, the Galaxy Ring will be available in two new sizes of 14 and 15 in the coming weeks. For reference, the Galaxy Ring is currently available in sizes 5 to 13. More options for sizes would mean more people have access to the device. Mind you, there's still no news on whether this product will launch in Malaysia.

In case you aren't aware, the Galaxy Ring is a health-monitoring device for sleep, general activities, and heart monitoring. It doesn't have a screen like the Galaxy Watch, but way better battery life. It's also much smaller and unintrusive, making it more comfortable to sleep with than a watch. The Galaxy Ring also has a subtle elegance, so you could even wear it as a fashion statement.
Made using lightweight titanium, the Galaxy Ring is available in black, silver and gold for USD399 (~RM1677). That price tag will probably scare away casual tech enthusiasts in Malaysia, which is likely why it's not sold here. Having said that, would you buy one if it's available in Malaysia?
