Samsung announces Flood Relief Programme to provide support for affected products

If you're one of the victims of the flood and also own some Samsung products, this will be a piece of good news. Samsung Malaysia has announced the Flood Relief Programme to provide support, including cleaning and repairing, for affected Samsung goods in the recent floods.

The company will be giving a one-time free cleaning and inspection plus free labour costs to repair the affected products. However, it is not applicable for accidental physical damage due to mishandling, such as a cracked screen. To benefit from the programme, customers have to make an appointment or send in their affected Samsung products to Samsung Customer Service Centers before 31 January 2022.
