Samsung apologises to customers for lacking innovation

However, Samsung stated that, although they are currently facing a difficult situation, their management is determined to make it an opportunity to grow again. Samsung insists, its main focus is to strengthen the competitiveness of technology and quality, which is considered the basis and pride of the company.

Samsung also announced that it will improve the organisational culture through open communication and improve internal problems. Samsung has faced criticism from various angles including customers, challengers and even from within the company itself due to the launch of products claimed to lack innovation and imitate competitors.
