For some people, foldable smartphones are cool devices to have. But they're easily the most expensive options on the market. But what if you can get one for a reasonable price? That could be what Samsung aims to do next year with the Galaxy Z FE.

According to @Tech_Reve, Samsung is testing a new foldable device called the Galaxy Z FE (Fan Edition). The source also described it as a "lite model", and it will allegedly launch after the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 next year. Moreover, he claimed that Samsung plans to "introduce the FE brand annually". We're assuming this means Samsung would launch at least one FE series device every year.

Going back to the so-called Galaxy Z FE, this is most likely a lite version of the Galaxy Z Fold 6. The Z Fold series has always been the pricier of Samsung's foldable smartphones, so a more affordable lite version could be an attractive option for many Samsung fans. Speaking of FE variants, this year's Samsung Galaxy FE device is probably the Galaxy Tab S9 FE, which was recently certified by the US FCC.

As usual, you should take these rumours with a grain of salt. But having said that, would you be interested in a more affordable Galaxy Z FE foldable smartphone? Share your opinions on our Facebook page, and stay tuned to TechNave for more news.
