After releasing their large 4TB 860 QVO SSD in 2018, Samsung is now back with the 870 QVO SDD by having its storage capacity doubled up. The 870 QVO offers consumers with options that go up to 8TB of storage. Nowadays, most consumers would go for SSD for faster speed and better performance. Therefore, an SSD with even larger capacity is going to suit some of our massive needs.

The 870 QVO has sequential read and write speeds of up to 560 MB/s and 530 MB/s respectively. Other than that, the drive also comes with Intelligent TurboWrite technology allowing it to maintain peak performance levels using a large variable SLC buffer. The renewed Data Migration and Magician 6 softwares will provide users a host of improved and added features as well that enable users to upgrade, manage, and optimize their SSDs with greater ease. Last but not least, it provides an endurance rating of up to 2,880 terabytes written (TBW), or a three-year limited warranty.
