Besides the Samsung Galaxy S21 series and Galaxy Buds Pro, Samsung also unveiled a new Galaxy SmartTag. SmartTags are a new tool for anyone to tag and find whichever item with their smartphones. If you're wondering how that works, here's how you use it.

The Galaxy SmartTag is small and has a small hole that you can attach to an item via tying up. After that, sync up the tag with Bluetooth on your smartphone and it will be tracked from whenever it is. So if you lost your item, just tap the ring button on your mobile and follow the familiar sound of your ringtone calling for you at the volume you set.

According to Samsung, the tagged item can even be traced if it's out of range. Even if it's offline, the Galaxy Find Network can use scanned data to find it for you privately. Smart Tags can also control various IoT devices with just a click of a button.

The Galaxy SmartTag is priced at £29 (~RM160) but it seems that there's no official local price tag from Samsung Malaysia yet. The product is appearing on the website so we can assume that it will be coming soon in the near future. What do you think of this tagging tool?
