Samsung may be working on a pop-up camera smartphone

It's not the first time that a pop-up camera happened on a smartphone before, but according to @Onleaks, who is quite a reliable leakster from Twitter, Samsung may be working on one. In a collaboration with Pigtou.com, they managed to get some image renders of the unknown pop-up camera Samsung phone.

Besides the image renders, they also did a video render on how the pop-up camera Samsung phone could look like based on insider leak. The phone has a curved body build, a triple rear camera alongside a rear fingerprint scanner, and uses a USB-C port too. If the rumours are true, then the 3.5mm headphone jack port won't be around as well.

On top of that, rumours have it that the phone display is around 6.5-inches. They even have the measurements of the phone, which is 160.9 x 77 x 9.2mm, and if the thickness includes the rear camera bump - it becomes 9.7mm. It looks like there's an IR blaster hanging on the top as well.

Knowing Samsung, they would usually test their new ideas on a Galaxy A series before moving onto the Galaxy S and Note series. Previously, Samsung did have their own take of a rotating camera on the Samsung Galaxy A80 which was really cool. But what do you folks think?
