The Galaxy A series (2016) will be in metal and glass and provides better viewing experience with a narrower bezel, this should go hand in hand with an enhanced camera for both brighter and clearer pictures and videos. What’s more, Samsung’s Quick Launch feature enables the user to quickly access the camera in less than a second by double tapping the home button.
The camera is also equipped with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) to prevent blurred images and a F1.9 lens for the front and back camera, along with other selfie features including Wide Selfie, Palm Selfie and Beautifying Effects. Another new addition is the Samsung Pay, which is protected by a fingerprint verification and will be available in Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 (2016); it works with both Magnetic Secure Transmission (MST) and Near Field Communication (NFC) technologies.
China will get the first taste of the Galaxy A series world wide in mid-December 2015, this suggests the new smartphones might come sooner than expected globally despite there not being any specific Malaysia release dates just yet. Prices are not set yet by Samsung Electronics, but we will update you all when we have the official statement.
