Just recently, Samsung released a video showcasing the Galaxy Z's series folding testing process. It's not just a rigorous testing process, but a reliability testing of its Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 smartphones.
The video showed all the important processes such as the back cover assembly and compression, and functional testing with a stylus-like machine. Testing on the folding mechanism wasn't enough, as the company also put the devices through rigorous testing in network connection, camera, and wireless charging to ensure safety.
Furthermore, the devices also went through a big water splash to see how much resistance they can take. Suffice to say, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 can take it quite well and also got folded multiple times (including the button pressing performance). Also, the Galaxy Z Flip 4 made its appearance during the water resistance test by being submerged in a water tank.
By the way, Samsung Malaysia is still holding the launch sales of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 until 30 September 2022. Customers can still get exclusive gifts worth up to RM1398 or even trade in and own them for as low as RM1969.
