Just recently in India, Samsung has released two new A-series smartphones over there. Known as the Galaxy A30s and Galaxy A50s, these two are the new successors to the previous Galaxy A30 and Galaxy A50 respectively that were introduced in Malaysia earlier this year.
Starting with the Galaxy A50s, this device sports a 6.4-inch Infinity-U Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2340 × 1080. It is equipped with an Exynos 9610 chipset, 4GB or 6GB of RAM, 128GB ROM storage, a built-in 4000mAh battery capacity, and supports 15W fast charge. There's also an in-display fingerprint technology as well.
Like most new devices nowadays, the Galaxy A50s is also equipped with a triple rear camera comprising a 48MP (main sensor) + 8MP (super wide-angle lens) + 5MP (depth) sensor, whereas the 32MP sensor sits in the front.
Since there are two variants, the 4GB + 128GB model is priced at 22,990 rupees (~RM1340) and the latter is 24,999 rupees (~RM1456). Also, both devices share the same black, violet and white option.
Next, the Galaxy A30s features a 6.4-inch Infinity-V Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1560 × 720, an Exynos 7904 chipset, 4GB of RAM, 64GB ROM storage, 4000mAh battery, as well as supporting 15W charging technology and in-display fingerprint technology.
Like the Galaxy A50s, the Galaxy A30s also has a triple rear camera module using a 25MP (main sensor) + 8MP (super wide-angle lens) + 5MP (depth) sensor. The front-facing camera is 16MP and it cost 16,999 rupees (~RM990).
Given that the predecessors were released in Malaysia a few months ago, we think the Galaxy A50s and Galaxy A30s will also come into the Malaysia market. Until then, stay tuned for more Samsung news at TechNave.com.
