Samsung's Galaxy M41 has been cancelled due to third-party display issues

Based on a statement by thelec.kr, it seems that Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy M41 smartphone has been cancelled due to issues from third-party displays. With that said, it is highly unlikely Samsung plans to work on the M41 and allocate more focus on the Galaxy M51 instead.

The discontinued smartphone would have been the first smartphone from Samsung to use a third-party display, likely due to the fact that they are much more affordable compared to their own displays. There is no official information on whether Samsung will continue working with the same third-party display supplier or whether they will seek out a new provider.
