A few rumours about the next Galaxy Z Flip have been out in recent weeks, but this recent one has an interesting claim. Allegedly, Samsung could name its next clamshell foldable smartphone for 2021 as the Galaxy Z Flip 3.

Yup, Samsung could 'skip' numbers again. According to Gizmochina, the Galaxy Z Flip 5G is technically the Galaxy Z Flip 2, which is why next year's model will be the Galaxy Z Flip 3. Besides that, several sources have claimed that the phone will have a 120Hz refresh rate for the main display, a much larger outer display, and a 3900mAh battery.

In addition to that, a leaker claimed that the Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG) used for the Galaxy Z Flip 3 will have higher durability. On top of that, the main 6.9-inch display of the phone will have a less pronounced crease when folded. This suggests that either the folding mechanism or the display panel itself would be improved.

As usual, we can't confirm if the info above is accurate, so try not to take it at face value. With that said, what type of improvements or changes would you like to see in the Galaxy Z Flip 3? Let us know on our Facebook page and stay tuned to TechNave for more updates on the phone.
