Just recently, Samsung Electronics has showcased a brand new CJ791 monitor at the CES 2018 and it's not just another curved display model, but it's the world's first curved monitor to feature Intel's Thunderbolt 3 connectivity. Measured at 34-inch, the monitor is designed for entertainment and business purpose for the best user experience.

On the features side, you can link up and dock the monitor together with another one or even a laptop without extensive wiring, allowing users to enjoy connectivity across a full ecosystem of docks, displays and peripheral devices such as Apple Macs, USB type-C laptops and other desktop accessories like storage drives or external graphics cards.. The Thunderbolt 3 connectivity also allows the processing speed go up to 40GB per second as well as provide up to 85 watts of laptop charging power.

With an aspect ratio of 21:9, the screen stores 3440 x 1440 ultra-wide QHD resolution and that's nearly 2.5 times the pixel density of a FHD display, this guarantees gamers the entertainment they need as it can reflect a 125% sRGB spectrum. On the other hand, there's also a Game Mode that contains a dynamic gamma setting that adjusts colour and contrast of each individual scene to produce a true-to-life environment. The CJ791’s four milliseconds (ms) response time also ensures smooth transitions between scenes, making it ideal for racing, flight simulation and first-person battle games.

Would you like this monitor beast come to Malaysia? We aren't sure if Samsung Malaysia will bring it in but if they do, it won't come cheaply. Stay tuned for more CES news at TechNave.com.
