One of the most anticipated smartphones this year has got to be the Samsung Galaxy S24 series. Set for launch this 17 January, the company may also release new accessories during the event, including a new 50W dual-charger.

This is according to reliable tipster Roland Quandt who claimed that the charger would be called the Samsung Charger Duo 50W. The charger will reportedly have the model number EP-T5020 and comes with two dual USB-C charging slots.

Besides that, Quandt also claimed that there will be an updated 45W single charger as well with the model number EP-T4511. It is unknown whether the new charger will have any changes or improvements from the previous versions.

If you’re hoping that the new 50W dual charger means that the Galaxy S24 series will have 50W charging or faster, we’ve got bad news for you as rumours point to the lineup still sticking with 45W charging. Moreover, this also pretty much confirmed that Samsung won’t include a charger inside the box for the upcoming flagship series.

Of course, do take this with a grain of salt as nothing is confirmed yet. Until the launch day this 17 January, stay tuned to TechNave for more trending tech news.
