To all the Samsung users who have received a weird ‘Find My Mobile’ notification today, here to remind you that your device has not been hacked or your location is exposed in some ways. It was actually a message sent out by Samsung during an internal test, and they have clarified and apologized with a post on Twitter.
Earlier today, many of the Samsung device users from all around the world have received a meaningless notification from ‘Find My Mobile’. Some have even filed reports after seeing the strange notification, worrying that their devices might have been hacked or anything else malicious. The affected users are using devices from the Samsung Galaxy S10 series to the latest Galaxy Z Flip. Not only the latest flagships, old devices like the Galaxy S7, Galaxy Note 8, and Galaxy A8 2018 were also affected.
This notification was confirmed as a message sent unintentionally during internal testing and there is no effect on your device. Samsung apologises for any inconvenience this may have caused to our customers and will work to prevent similar cases from occurring in the future. ^CC

After reports were received, Samsung took it to their official Twitter page informing a user that the message was accidentally being sent out during one of their internal testings. They have also ensured there will not be any effect on the devices which have received the notification. For me, I found the notification no big deal, and I just swiped it away once I saw it on my Galaxy S10.
