Samsung’s latest measure to protect your privacy
For your information, these accounts are deleted to protect privacy, and Samsung cannot store data for more than two years. Deleted accounts cannot be restored. Therefore, if you still wish to retain your existing data, please log in to your account by July 31.
An account will be categorised as inactive if there is no login activity, purchase or data backup for two years. Among the data that will be deleted if it is no longer active are app purchase data on the Galaxy Store, Samsung Health data, device data backups and settings of phones, tablets and smartwatches stored by the account.
