Just recently, Touch 'n Go Digital Sdn Bhd has announced a new feature called PayDirect. It's available on the TNG eWallet and designed for a more flexible toll payment method for motorists on the highway.
But wait, can't the motorists just use the TNG card? Sure, but PayDirect is an even more convenient feature. For users who have added their physical TNG card to their eWallet and enabled PayDirect at the same time, they can use the card to tap on the reader or SmartTAG as usual, resulting in deducting the fares on their smartphones. This will also result in cutting down the queuing time for reloading lanes, petrol stations, kiosks or ATM machines to reload their TNG cards and nobody will be subjected to the reload fee of RM0.50.
On top of that, users can also provide their identification, view transaction history, check balance and even email their statements up to 90-days. eWallet users can also enjoy 20% rebates up to 10x for toll fares when the physical TNG card is added. The offer will end on 30 June 2019.
