Based on a statement by malaymail.com, it seems that Telekom Malaysia will reopen their TMpoint outlets located at green zones on 4, 6, and 8 May 2020. As for the operational hours, the outlets will be accepting customers from 10AM until 4PM on the aforementioned dates.
Furthermore, those who are not wearing face masks and their temperature readings are above 37.5 degrees celsius will not be allowed to enter. As for the services available at the TMpoint outlet, you’ll be able to subscribe to new services, collect your SIM card, device collection, as well as operate the ™ payment kiosks that are available there.
