Several CIMB services will be unavailable on 13 and 14 September 2025

CIMB Bank Berhad has announced that several key banking services will experience temporary disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance. So, what should you know about it?

A temporary outage

For your information, the disruption involves the MyDebit system and will affect the use of automated teller machines (ATMs), MEPS and cash deposit machines (CDMs). The disruption will begin on Saturday (September 13, 2025) from 12:01 AM to 8:00 AM. It will resume on Sunday (September 14, 2025) from 12:01 AM to 5:00 AM.

Additionally, during this period, you will not be able to make transactions via ATMs and CDMs. CIMB advises all customers to plan their business to avoid any inconvenience. The bank also apologises for any inconvenience that may arise during this maintenance period.
