In light of COVID-19 outbreak, Shopee has recently announced that they will further increase the number of face masks available for purchase on their e-commerce platform. Not only that, but they also encourage Shopee customers to report any face masks that are above the regulated retail ceiling price.
Furthermore, if you are unsure about the pricing or any information regarding any of the face masks listed on Shopee, you can always use the in-app Live Chat or call 03 2777 9222 between 9AM to 6PM. But that’s not all, you can also report any listings that are either overpriced or suspicious as well!
On another note, Shopee has also announced the ‘Shop Safely From Home’ initiative which starts from now until 4 April, where you can get deals starting from RM0.44 and discounts of up to 80%.
