Shopee is now introducing Shopee Rewards, a loyalty program that offers rewards based on spending volume and order activity on Shopee. In other words, the more you spend, the more benefits, vouchers and exclusive rewards you will receive. So, what should you know about it?
Loyalty Levels & Benefits
Shopee Rewards offers four tiers of membership - Classic, Silver, Gold and Platinum . According to Shopee, all users start at the Classic level, and loyalty levels will be increased based on the amount of spending and orders completed within a 6-month qualifying period: 1 January - 30 June, 1 July - 31 December. Each cycle will reset in January & July.
Level Up Rules
Each level can be upgraded immediately after the user meets both the minimum order and minimum spending requirements.
For example, if a 'Classic' user has fulfilled 10 orders and spent a minimum of RM500, the loyalty level will be upgraded immediately to 'Silver'. The achieved level will remain until the end of the current cycle, and if the order requirements are not fulfilled in the next cycle, it will be downgraded at the end of the cycle.
Additionally, the order count and spending will also be reset to zero at the start of each cycle . However, please note that purchases of digital products, Shopee games, ShopeeFood, as well as other exclusion categories, will not be counted as Shopee Rewards progress.
