Shopee pre-Raya survey finds 80% of Malaysian respondents prepare for Raya a month before Ramadan, just in time for their Cahaya Raya campaign

Shopee Malaysia recently announced the results of their pre-Raya survey done from 2 April to 9 April 2018 of 140000 Malaysians, showing that 80% start preparing for Raya a month before Ramadan, with 90% regularly shopping online and 95% looking for deals and low prices for doing so. In line with that, Shopee have launched their Cahaya Raya campaign starting from 3 May 2018 to 17 June 2018, with deals, promotions and prizes worth more than RM1.5 million and up to 90% discounts from 100000 products.

From the RM1.5 million, the Cahaya Raya campaign prizes will include a 'Rumah Impian' or dream house worth RM350000, a Honda HRV worth RM100000 and a Volkswagon Polo worth RM80000. Lucky winners will be selected for their Ketupat Raya in-app game in collaboration with Visa along with Nestle, XES Shoes, honor Malaysia, Maybelline, Watsons, ASUS, Petpet, Universal Traveller, Russell Taylors and Dettol and many more.
