These two new features are in the new WhatsApp update and are available to users now. As the name suggests, Silence Unknown Callers will let you automatically screen out spam, scams, and calls from unknown people. Should any stranger call you on WhatsApp, the app will not ring but it will be visible in the Call list.
In addition, Privacy Checkup helps to guide you choose the right level of protection. For starters, you can select 'Start Checkup' in the privacy settings to go through multiple privacy layers to strengthen your messages, calls and personal information security.
