Snapchat now lets you post Stories to other platforms

For those who regularly use Snapchat, the ability to post Stories to other platforms has long been a wish for them. Well, the wait is over as the developer has officially launched App Stories. First introduced last year, this feature allows users to post Stories in Snapchat to other apps.

According to Engadget, there are currently four apps that support the feature: Triller, Squad, Hily, and Octi. Aside from that, there hasn't been an announcement on what other apps will be supporting this soon. However, Tinder and Houseparty were both announced last year. Other apps can adopt the use of App Stories by getting access to the Story Kit from Snapchat.

It should be noted that many of these apps aren't widely used by us Malaysians, so it's hard to say how useful this would be. But if support for more popular apps like TikTok or Twitter is added, we could see this becoming useful for local Snapchat users.

Having said that, how many of you regularly use Snapchat and would you appreciate having this new feature? Let us know on our Facebook page and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more news.
