Bank Simpanan Nasional is now informing users of scheduled maintenance that will be carried out between 24 October 2025 and 26 October 2025, which is at the end of this week. In parallel, a number of services will be disrupted and cannot be used by BSN users.
The service will undergo maintenance starting from Friday night
Starting at 10.45 PM on 24 October until 6 AM on 26 October 2025, services that will be disrupted include BSN debit and credit card transactions via myBSN internet banking and the myBSN Mobile application, via ATMs, CDM and CRM.
In addition, all BSN debit card transactions, including those at Bank Agents, will be disrupted, as well as BSN credit card transactions via DuitNow. Plus, between 12 AM to 6.30 AM on 25 October and 12 AM to 6 AM on 26 October 2025, myBSN internet banking and the myBSN application will be disrupted and cannot be used.
Moreover, BSN said that BSN credit card transactions at payment machines in shops or premises were not affected and functioned as usual throughout this maintenance period. BSN encourages users to plan their banking affairs before 24 October 2025.
Additionally, BSN said the purpose of this system maintenance is to upgrade the system to ensure a smoother, safer and easier card payment experience.
