Some Maybank services will be temporarily disrupted on 7 Sep 2025

Yesterday, Maybank announced an extended maintenance session for its online services on 7 September 2025 (Sunday). The maintenance will be conducted in stages for different Maybank online banking services, so take note of that if you're planning to do any transactions during those hours.

 

Services involved include:

Global Access Account-i (GAA-i) - 3am to 4am

  • Account opening
  • Account dashboard
  • Cards management dashboard
  • MYR monetary transactions
  • Currency conversions
  • Global Access Debit Card related transactions

Affected channels: MAE app, ATM/SRM and merchants

 

Online Stocks Trading - 12am to 6am

  • Maybank2u Online Stocks (M2u OST Web)
  • Local Trading
  • Maybank Trade MY App

 

e-Statements (12am to 6am)

  • Viewing e-Statements
  • Downloading e-Statements

Affected channels: Maybank2u web, MAE app and Maybank2u Biz (web and app)

 

Private Investment

  • Maybank Private investment portfolios

Affected channels: Maybank2u web and MAE app

Session 1: 6 September 2025, 2am to 6am

Session 2: 7 September 2025, 2am to 1PM

 

Of course, the maintenance is unlikely to affect most people, as it will be conducted in the early hours of the morning. If you plan to stay up late or work during weird hours, please take note of the maintenance time for services you may use.
