Maybank will be conducting monthly maintenance on its main systems on 31 December 2024. In this regard, several services that involve access to the affected systems will be temporarily disrupted between 11.30 pm and 11.59 pm on that date. So, what should you know about it?
For your information, the services affected are Maybank2u, MAE Application & QRPayBiz Application, FPX Online Payment, Debit Card Transactions, Self-Service Terminals (ATMs) and Cash Deposit & Cheque Deposit Machines. It is also said to have occurred due to system maintenance in preparation for the 1.1 monthly shopping campaign to ensure that no unwanted problems occur during the period.
