If you think there's only Samsung, Apple and Huawei left for the big guns this year, think again! Sony Mobile has just confirmed that they will be holding the IFA 2018 on 30 August 2018. What phone could they be revealing? Well, speculations are up now and it's quite likely that the new Xperia XZ3 and XZ3 Premium  could make a debut.

With that being said, the rumours on the new Sony flagships are not concrete so do take it with a grain of salt. For the Xperia XZ3, it may feature a bigger and curvier display with an aspect ratio of 18:9, we expect the chipset to be a Snapdragon 845 unit and could go up to 6GB of RAM instead of having 4GB unlike the current model, then for the internal storage there is at least 128GB and the battery is 3240mAh so that's nice.

However, that's just the tip of the iceberg - it's said that the Xperia XZ3 will have a quad-camera setup, that's two for each side and may even come with the latest Android P out of the box. As for the Xperia XZ3 Premium, we think it won't show up that fast as the current one was only revealed in April this year. We shall see.

There's still time for the IFA 2018 event. Until then, stay tuned for more Sony news at TechNave.com.
