Sony Mobile recently launched their new Sony Xperia C5 Ultra Dual and Xperia M5 Dual for Malaysia. The Xperia C5 Ultra Dual features a large 6-inch FHD display with 13MP Exmor RS and LED flash front and back cameras for RM1399. Also for the midrange is the Xperia M5 Dual for RM1599 with a waterproof full metal body, Mediatek Helio X10 processor and 21.5MP Exmor RS with Hybrid AF rear camera and 13MP front camera for RM1599. Our hands-on with the Sony Xperia C5 Ultra Dual reveals a slim and compact device with rounded corners despite the large 6-inch FHD display thanks to a nearly borderless design. The flash is also adjustable. Available in black, mint and white, the device admittedly feels like a larger phablet due to the 187g weight but it is fairly thin at 8.2mm. The Sony Xperia M5 Dual on the other hand feels very flagship like, with a premium full metal body available in black, white and gold. The highlight of the Xperia M5 Dual is obviously its 21.5MP rear camera as it comes with F2.2 Hybrid AF and up to ISO 3200. At 7.6mm and 142.5g the Xperia M5 Dual is lightweight and thin. Designed to be waterproof and dustproof, the IP68 certified Xperia M5 has a capless microUSB so you can get it wet without having to worry about sealing it properly.
