Ran out of games to play during movement control order (MCO)? No worries, Sony PlayStation has you covered once again. To encourage social distancing, the publisher will temporarily be giving away two games for free, so that you can camp at home where it's safe and game to your heart's content.

Sony's generosity is due to its new Play At Home initiative. As the name suggests, the idea is to encourage people to play games at home during this global pandemic to lower the chance of the COVID-19 virus from spreading. In return, Sony fans will get to pick up Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and Journey for free from 15 April to 5 May 2020! However, do note that Sony fans in Germany will get Knack 2 rather than Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection.

Besides that, Sony Entertainment is also planning to create a new fund with USD 10 million. During this global crisis, some smaller independent developers may experience financial difficulties. This fund will be used to help these game studios survive and continue to develop great games.

The two games will yours to keep once you have redeemed them through the Sony PlayStation Store, so don't miss out if you haven't played them. With that said, what games have you been playing during the MCO? Have you been able to find more time to enjoy yourself? Let us know on our Facebook page and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more news.
