At Photokina 2016, Sony has hailed the return of the SLT camera with the announcement of the a99 Mark II model. This is a 42 megapixel camera to mark the 10th anniversary of the Alpha series.
Some of the features in this new camera includes a new 5-axis stabilization system, 4K video recording, 12fps shooting speed, focusing up to -4EV, magnesium alloy body, ISO range of 100-25600, expandable to ISO 50 – 102400, and a 3-inch non-touch tiltable screen.
This new entry to the SLT family will not come cheap – it is expected to retail at USD3200 (~RM 13230) when it ships in November. Stay tuned to TechNave as we bring more news on the new Sony a99 Mark II in Malaysia.
