The PlayStation 5 sales are looking to be another successful product. According to BusinessWire, the PS5 has been sold over 50 million times since its debut in November 2020. While it started scarcely any thanks to scalpers, the issue is long gone and continues to thrive, especially this year.

With the holiday season underway, Jim Ryan, President and CEO of Sony Interactive Entertainment said that this marks the first time that Sony has a full supply of PS5 consoles since the pandemic. The PS5 is now entering the third year of its lifecycle and has a library of highly acclaimed hits and fan favourites if compared to the first year.

In case you missed it, this includes Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 from Insomniac Games, celebrated partner titles including Baldur’s Gate 3 from Larian Studios, and Alan Wake 2 from Remedy Entertainment and Epic Games. EA SPORTS FC 24 is also one of the newest entries and even God of War Ragnarok: Vahalla DLC can be downloaded freely if you have the base game.

By the way, there is an ongoing promotion for PlayStation gamers across Malaysia. For starters, the PULSE 3D series has a RM50 discount and a handful of games are also on sale (more details here). On the other hand, you can also claim Apple Music for six free months on your PS5. You can follow the instructions here on how to redeem it.
