Based on a statement by sonyalpharumors.com, it seems that Sony might have delisted the Sony A68, A99, II, and A77 II from their official website. With that in mind, there’s a huge possibility that Sony is keen to stop offering DSLRs and instead put more focus on their mirrorless cameras such as the Sony A7 series.
However, it is best to take some of the information with a grain of salt, due to the fact that Sony has yet to provide an official statement on the leak. Not only that, but there is also no information in regards to whether they will still continue to provide after-sale service to customers who are still using the DSLR cameras mentioned above.
With all that said, what are your thoughts on Sony removing DSLRs from their official website? Let us know on our Facebook page and for more updates like this, stay tuned to TechNave.com.
