Sony has announced that it will be launching a new Xperia smartphone this month. Taking to its official YouTube account, the Japanese firm revealed that the device will be unveiled in Japan on 13 May at 11am local time.
However, not much info about the Xperia smartphone was revealed by Sony. Based on the teaser, the device would be part of the Xperia 1 Series, believed to be the Sony Xperia 1 VII.
Furthermore, Sony confirmed that the smartphone will be powered by alpha, the imaging technology used on its cameras. For the full specs and features, we just have to wait until 13 May. So until then, stay tuned to TechNave for more trending tech news.
