Sony wants you to know that their BRAVIA TVs are 'Ready for PlayStation 5'
We still have a long way to go until Sony releases the anticipated PlayStation 5 gaming console at the end of the year. With that in mind, Sony just announced a bunch of BRAVIA TVs that are "Ready for PlayStation 5" so perhaps there are some you can consider.
"Hold on a minute, can't I just use my own TV for PS5?" Well, yeah you can but here's the thing, their BRAVIA TV lineup comes with HDMI 2.1 port which can support 4K/120Hz better so there's that. From their BRAVIA TV lineup, the ones they are recommending are the X90H 4K HDR Full Array LED and Z8H 8K HDR Full Array LED models that can support 4K/120Hz.
That's not all, Sony also highlighted that you can take advantage of BRAVIA Game Mode. The input lag is said to be quite low achieving at 7.2ms so I guess those are the selling point of the BRAVIA TV lineup.
